How to Delete Your Data
We respect your right to have your personal data deleted. You can request deletion of your MiddleMatic account and all associated data through any of the following methods:
Method 1: Delete from Your Account
- Log in to your MiddleMatic account
- Go to Profile → Account Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
- Confirm your deletion request
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to:
privacy@middlematic.com
Include: Your account email address and "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
Method 3: Request Form Below
Fill out the form below to submit a deletion request directly.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:
- Your account information (name, email, profile data)
- All events and campaigns you created
- Your contact lists and email marketing data
- Social media post history and drafts
- Analytics and performance data
- Uploaded assets (images, videos, documents)
- Team member associations
- OAuth tokens for connected social media accounts
Data We May Retain
We may retain certain data for legal or operational reasons:
- Transaction records for accounting purposes (7 years)
- Data required by law enforcement or legal proceedings
- Anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you
Processing Timeline
We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
